I don’t know if you are one of those people that either loves matcha or hates matcha. I clearly love it!
Not only do I love using it in drinks but also in pastries and baked goods.

I find that it has a beautiful earthy natural flavor that is quite unique and pairs so well with so many other flavors.
If you don’t like Matcha this might not be the drink for you. Although I find it has a well balanced flavor with the sweet/fruity strawberries and also the slightly sweet potato milk, combined with the matcha. So if you are willing to give matcha a go, then give this drink a go.
I was very curious to try the new potato milk from DUG! First time trying it…
My opinion: It has a very neutral flavor with a slight sweet taste. It goes really well in this drink because of the slight sweetness and it doesn’t take away any flavor of the Matcha. Would recommend!
I haven’t tried frothing it, but I will test that for the next coffee drink.
